I stayed for 7 nights in a cottage with a lovely garden view. It had a modern kitchen with tons of equipment and plenty of bedding and towels. The best part was the private outdoor space where we could relax and enjoy the quiet rural setting. Everything worked perfectly, including the great wifi. 🏡

the room was very spacious and decorated nicely, but the mattress was a total disaster—sunk in the middle! woudl ve been nice to get some kind of complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no red carpet here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t get over the mattress issue and the lack of special treatment.

Recommend it for families with children
The Lodge is incredibly warm and inviting,, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Jacqui was a wonderful hostess,, she went out of her way to make our stay special , making sure we had everything we needed for our kids.

The cottage with garden view was super cozy. It had all the essentials like a hairdryer, DVD player, and a private bathroom. Loved the modern kitchen and all the linens provided. Enjoyed our mornings with nice views while sipping coffee from the tea/coffee maker. Perfect for relaxing after exploring!

We truly enjoyed our stay with mum at this lovely cottage. The kids had a blast cycling around the area, and we found the private outdoor space perfect for relaxation after our little adventures. Nice touch with plenty of towels and comfy seating!
My kids wished for more activities indoors on rainy days.

we had a delightful stay at lisnafillan lodge. the self-catering cottage came with all the modern kitchen amenities we needed, and jacqui left us some snacks for our arrival. it was close to a lovely farm and the wifi was excellent too!
the only downside was the parking situation.

Just a nice choice for a weekend stopover in Ballymena with good price-value balance. The cold shower experience almost made me change my mind, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. Always check the heating facilities before settling in.
